Demco Adapter Plate for 2013 Ford F-350 with Factory 5th Wheel Prep Package

I currently have Demco receiver part number 6077 in my 2013 F150. I am looking at a 2013 F350 with the factory 5th wheel prep package. Do you know what adapter plate I would need to make it work? thanks.

Demco part 6077 is their 18K auto-slide hitch head assembly and to install this 5th wheel hitch in a 2013 Ford F-350 with the factory 5th wheel prep package you can use kit # DM6033. For a wiring harness you can use Demco # DM8555002.
