In my research I found that the numbers you mentioned for the bearings you have on your trailer match a bearing kit we offer. The kit for one wheel is part # BK2-100. This is designed for a 3500-lb axle. The kit includes inner and outer bearings, race, seal, washer and cotter pin.

The disc brake kit I recommend is the Kodiak Kit, part # K2HR35D. The wheel size this kit will work with is 13 inches or bigger. The hub/rotor included with this kit has a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern for the wheels so you will want to make sure the bolt pattern for your wheels is the right pattern. I have attached a helpful article that explains how to measure the bolt pattern of your wheels.

A coupler designed for drum brakes usually has a 1000 psi rating where a disc brake actuator has a rating of 1,500 or 1,600 psi. You may be able to just replace the master cylinder to a higher rated one that can work with disc brakes. We do not offer a master cylinder designed for your actuator.
