Wireless Brake Controller Recommendation for a 2016 Volvo XC90  

Question:

Needing a brake controller for a 2016 Volvo XC 90 T8 hybrid. Wireless? Looks very hard to wire through the car to dash.

We carry the Prodigy RF brake controller part # TK94FR that would be a great solution for a wireless controller. All you would need is a 7-way connector on your 2016 Volvo XC90 that has an active 12 volt accessory circuit.

You would need to start with a 4-way if you do not have any trailer wiring at all. For that you would want the part # 118683 which is a confirmed fit. From there you would want the part # 37185 to adapt it to a 7-way. You would then need to run 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1 (sold by the foot) through a circuit breaker like part # 9510 to the positive post of your battery and the RF would be ready to use once the remote is paired.
