The Curt Hitch # C11002 will fit on your 2012 Honda Crosstour AWD EX-L model. My tech contact at Curt confirmed the fit and the installation instructions lists the fit for your model Crosstour.

This hitch does not require drilling or welding for installation, it uses a bolt-on design for a simpler process. To bolt on your hitch, you will be using weld nuts already found on your vehicle that can be dirty and hard to use. I attached a help article on how to clean the weld nuts on your vehicle for a smoother installation. It will require some trimming of the heat shield.

If you plan on carrying a bike rack with this hitch, you will be limited to two bikes as there is a leverage capacity with Class I hitches. If you do try to carry more than two bikes, you can damage your vehicle and hitch.
