Why a Lock Isnt Used with the Du-Ha Storage Box/Gun Cases for Under Truck Seat
Question:
Questions regarding rear seat operations for a 2016 and possibly 2015 F150 SuperCrew: 1 Currently, back seats latch up, but no latching mechanism when flipped down. Is there an accessory included that allows the back seats to lock down over the rifle storage? Or any DIY solutions? 2 Will this need to be uninstalled in order to access the roadside toolkit behind passenger-side rear seat? Thank you.

I wish there was a way to lock the rear seat down on to of the Du-Ha Truck Storage Box and Gun Case # DU20110 but the best lock for it would be the door locks of your 2016 Ford F-150. The seat also wouldn't fold up on it's own with this installed. To most people it would just look like a storage area under the seat.
Accordingn to Du-Ha, the roadside tool kit is located behind the metal bar that the cargo case mounts to. They said the tool kit can be accessed without removing their case.
