Replacing Lippert Components 3500 lb Powered A-Frame Trailer Jack w/ Stromberg Carlson
Question:
I would like to replace my current tongue jack with one of these. My current jack is rated at 3500 but I want to increase that to 5000. My concern is the bolt pattern at the flange. Will this match up? Thanks for your help.

It looks like you currently have a Lippert # LC285318. The 5000 lb capacity Stromberg Carlson # JET-5000 has mounting holes that are compatible with the industry standard 3 inch bolt spacing, but the holes are also slotted to match up with different mounting hole patterns.
