Recommended Locking J-Pin For Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch
Question:
Recently had trailer hitch #75916 Draw Tite installed on my 2012 Volvo XC70. It has two holes for the pins that secure the . It was my understanding that the two holes would be used simultaneously as a way to silence the rattle that can occur during transit. A special pin - kinda Uinch shaped was what I envisioned as the pin that would be needed. Ive been all over the internet looking for a j-pin that would have two holes. Unable to locate this, or for that matter, the pin that would fit into both holes. Help.

The J-Pin I recommend for your Draw-Tite Hitch, part # 75916 is part # 63201.
The second hole on the hitch is designed for an anti-rattle pin like # 63201. This pin comes with the lock to secure it and prevent theft and a wrench to tighten the pin to reduce rattle. The j-Pins are no longer available for purchase. The second hole is not used for anyting else.
I have attached a link to a demonstration video for this pin you can check out.
