For your 1999 Shamrock Hybrid Trailer that has a loaded and ready to tow tongue weight of 600 pounds, I recommend the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution with 2-Point Sway Control System # FA92-00-0800. I like the e2 system because it uses steel friction sway control to help correct trailer sway, the trunnion-style bars offer greater ground clearance than traditional round bars, and this system will not require you to drill into your trailer's frame.
The e2 # FA92-00-0800 holds the spring bars in L-brackets to create the sway control system. This also creates a more rigid system than a system that utilizes chain hangers. The components not included with this system is a hitch ball with a 1-1/4 inch diameter shank, such as # EQ91-00-6100 with a 2-5/16 inch diameter ball or # EQ91-00-6080 with a 2 inch diameter hitch ball.
One additional component I recommend to help secure your system to your tow vehicle is a locking hitch pin, such as the Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock, Stainless Steel, for 2 Inch Hitches # e98882.
The installation instructions and a review video of the Fastway e2 system are linked to this page for you.
