The most likely replacement crank you would need is the part # LC119226 as this fits the landing gear most commonly found on fifth wheel trailers. If you see Lippert, Venture, Prahba, or Stromberg on your landing gear this would be what you need.
According to my research your 2007 Jayco Jayflight had a Lippert trailer frame on it so this would be the most likely replacement.
If you have a different brand email me back and I will see what I can find for you.
