Good news, I can help set you up with a gooseneck and 5th wheel to gooseneck adapter for your new 5th wheel.
I recommend the B&W gooseneck # BWGNRK1067 for your 2007 Chevrolet Silverado New Body 3500HD with 8 foot bed. There will be no drilling to install the frame brackets; I have an installation video of this kit being installed on a similar truck as your for you to check out.
For the gooseneck to 5th wheel adapter, I recommend the B&W Companion # BWRVK3500, because this will quickly and easily convert your B&W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch to a sturdy 5th-wheel trailer hitch. This will give you a gross towing weight of 20,000lbs and a vertical load limit of 5,000lbs. I have linked a review video of this adapter to this page for you to check out.
I have linked the above mentioned product to this page for your purchasing convenience.
