It sounds like you may instead have 7,000lb axles on your two axle dump trailer with a weight like 14,000lbs. I wasn't able to find any information off the numbers you provided. The best thing to do is to take off your hub and find the bearing numbers for the correct replacement drum.

If you instead need new drum brakes, you will still want to confirm the weight of your axles. Each axle should have a stamp or placard on them stating the capacity. You will also want to confirm how many bolts your mounting flange has as well as if they are electric or hydraulic.

I have linked a diagram of where you will find the inner and outer bearing numbers, or you can measure your spindle with a caliper like the # PTW80157. Once you find these just let me know and I would be more than happy to help you find the proper replacement.

Another thing to check on your dump trailer is bolt pattern. You will want to make sure you get a matching bolt pattern to what you currently have. I have also linked a Help Article on how to find this.
