Just wondering the compatibility of the Timbren on my Titan with weight distributing hitch when I tow a camper.

You can use a Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System, part # TNRTTN on your 2005 Titan with a weight distribution system.

The Timbren system is designed to help increase stability and reduce sag when weight is added to the back of a truck. I would recommend adjusting the weight distribution system after installing the Timbren system to make sure it is set up correctly for your camper and any of the load you put in the bed of your truck. The Timbren system will not affect the ride of your truck when empty.

Installing a suspension enhancement system will not increase the weight capacity of your truck, and should only be used on vehicles with a suspension system that is in good working condition.
