The recommended replacement 7-way for your 2007 Ford F-250 is the part # 74682 which also has a 4-way harness on the side of it. The install of this is pretty universal as the connector on this harness is very universal and seen on most trucks. I attached an install video that shows the harness being installed on a 2000 Ford F-250 for you to check out. The truck is older but the process is the same.
