To flat tow your 1998 Jeep TJ behind your motorhome you will need a number of items, and all are outlined in the linked article on flat towing. These include a tow bar, safety cables, a wiring/lighting kit, and base plates and a braking system for the towed Jeep. Price for each item is shown on its individual page.

For base plates you can use the linked page; this will allow you to select the type of front bumper you have on the Jeep as this affects the fit of base plates. For a u-channel bumper use kit # BX1118; for a double-tube bumper instead use kit # BX1120. For the tow bar use Blue Ox's Alpha # BX7380, the item you referenced. This tow bar includes the safety cables, saving you that separate expense.

For lighting the easiest option is a magnetic light kit that does not require modifications to the vehicle. For this you can use part # TLL21RK. If you prefer a permanent installation use Roadmaster Diode kit # RM-15247.

For a braking system I recommend the portable and wireless Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR for its easy installation and set-up. Please see the linked video on the Patriot.

It is always a good idea to check your Jeep owner's manual to confirm that your particular Jeep can be flat towed.
