Why Isnt There Specific Install Instructions for the Tekonsha Wiring Harness part # 119250KIT

Question:

I bought this kit for my 2015 Q5 and there are no instructions or diagrams for the wiring configuration. Can you tell me what wires in the vehicle I am supposed to connect to get this working for each mode turn, brake, running light? The only thing I could find online was for a 2011 model and that is no longer correct. Please help

I wish we had vehicle specific install instructions for the # 119250KIT that is a fit for your 2015 Audi Q5, but since this is a universal wiring kit, we only have instructions that describe the process of what it would take to install this kit. Basically, you would need to test the wiring of your vehicle taillights so that you can wire up this harness accordingly.

I attached an install video on a somewhat similar vehicle that shows you the process.
