The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # 13455 only requires basic tools to be installed on your 2002 Land Rover Discovery and does not require you to drill any holes.
You will need an open-ended wrench, and a ratcheting wrench with socket sizes of 14mm, 7/16 inches, and 5/8 inches. To make sure all hardware is snug and tight you will also need a torque wrench to torque all the bolts down to specified torque requirements in the instructions. If you do not have a torque wrench, you should be able to rent one from an automotive parts store instead of buying one.
When installing part # 13455, I would recommend having someone assist you in holding up the hitch to your vehicle when mounting it.
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # 13455 comes with all the hardware needed to install on your 2002 Land Rover Discovery.
