Can RP66009 Replacement Spring Bars Upgrade an Older Draw-Tite 7902 system to a 1200 TW Capacity

Question:

I bought a Draw-tite 7902 weight Distributing Hitch System about 2½ years ago. It is rated at 800 TW. I need to upgrade to 1200 TW. It appears that the RP66009 replacement bars will substitute. Can you confirm that?

I can confirm that the Reese # RP66009 replacement 1200 lb spring bars are acceptable replacement bars that will be compatible with your existing 7902 Draw-Tite weight distribution system. I've confirmed this with my Reese representative. The # RP66009 bars are sold individually, so be sure to order two of them.
