If your F-350 has the factory rail kit installed it will either have the four pucks in the bed or the gooseneck ball hole in the bed. Or, it can have both of them. With the factory rail kit you can tow when you need to and when you aren't you have the benefit of an open bed for carrying other cargo.

If you have the four pucks in the bed there will probably be rubber or plastic caps over the holes. For a fifth wheel hitch that is designed to work with the puck system I recommend the Curt Q20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider, part # C16530-16020. This is a simple installation by just dropping the hitch into the existing holes in the bed and moving the levers to lock it in place. This hitch has a 20,000-lb towing capacity, and the slider feature gives you 12-inches front to back travel.
