Can Rack'em RA-17 Wheel Chock Handle 700 lb Motorcycle
Question:
My bike is around 700 lbs. is this chock sturdy enough for it ?

Helpful Expert Reply:
The # RA-17 Motorcycle Wheel Chock is designed to be used along with tie down straps to secure a motorcycle during transport. As long as the straps you're using have the proper weight rating for the 700 lb weight of your bike, the # RA-17 will be plenty sturdy. Erickson offers # EM05710 Ratcheting Motorcycle straps sold in pairs that have a 400 lb capacity per strap. Two straps would more than cover the 700 lb weight of your bike. If you click the provided links, you can see product demonstration videos for the wheel chock you asked about and the tie-down straps I recommended.
