Is a Gasket Needed with Magnaflow Cutout # MF10784

Does the cutout need a gasket since it didnt come with one?

If you wanted a super tight seal to prevent exhaust coming out of the part # MF10784 then yes you would want to use a gasket. I actually have the Firebird in the install video that I attached and I don't run a gasket. You can hear a tiny exhaust leak because the gasket isn't in use.

But if you are planning on opening and closing them frequently a gasket might be more trouble than you are interested in.
