Looking to purchase the Derale 8000 D13504 as an additional cooler to the factory one. The factory one is in between the air conditioning exchanger and the radiator. do I need any additional hardware other than whats supplied with the cooler? transmission cooler Ford f-350 7.3L diesel

The best location for the Derale Series 8000 Transmission Cooler Kit, # D13504, on your Ford F350 7.3L Diesel would be between your vehicle grille and the air conditioning condenser. This location will give you the most airflow and allow the maximum cooling ability of the heat exchanger. You will want to measure to make sure you have clearance to install the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger measures 11 inches wide x 12 inches tall x 7/8 inch deep.

If you have a 1988 to 1998 model year you will need to check the size of your transmission cooler fittings on your radiator.
