2007 Lincoln Navagater to carry a power chair on carrier about 420 Lbs
Question:
The way I read this is this reciever cant handle more then 100 Lbs of tonge weight. Is that correct? I have around 400 Lbs of tonge weight.

You are correct. The RoadMaster 4 Inch Hi-Lo Drop, part # RM-070 is meant for use with a tow bar used for towing a vehicle.
It is meant to tow a rolling load, not a situation where more than 100 lbs of downward force is applied to it.
