Would the Soprtrack Roof Rack part # SR1020 Fit a 2004 Jayco Qwest Pop Up
Question:
Hi- I have a 2004 Jayco Qwest 10 popup camper. I would like to put a rack on top to accommodate my 12 foot aluminum boat. Would the SR1020 rack work? I have read some of the info online about the rack and some of the installation instructions and have a question? It says in the instructions that the rack is not to be used with a towed vehicle yet there are pictures of a popup camper with cargo on top. Also the general info says top weight on rack should be no more than 200 lbs and the installation instructions say 130lbs. Thats quite a difference. Can someone give me some clarification please? Thanks,

For your 2004 Jayco Qwest Popup the Sportrack roof rack part # SR1020 would fit and work well.
Sportrack states that this has a capacity of 200 lbs which means it does have a 200 lb capacity. On page 14 of the installation instructions link I attached the capacity is listed.
This is designed for pop up campers so it would work fine on yours when it is down and you are towing it.
