Yes, the Brophy Camper Tie Downs part # HSSF that you referenced are going to fit your 2015 Ram Tradesman 2500 Cummins, but you would have to trim the plastic bed rail caps back to the metal underneath. The types of truck beds these will not fit include step-side beds, some double-wall beds, some dually beds, most mid-size or import trucks, beds with drop-in bed liners, and plastic bed rails.
