Question:
Which hitch offers the least visble profile once installed on the car 2010 Honda Accord? I want something to use with a bike carier, but also want to hide the presence of the hitch as much as possible.

If your 2010 Honda Accord is the 2 or 4 door model, I believe the least visible hitch is going to be the Curt Class I Trailer Hitch, item # C11496. The reason that I say this is because the cross tube on this hitch is angled back under the vehicle slightly, rather than going straight across the rear of the vehicle.
In terms of the receiver itself, all of the hitches will position the receiver just below the rear bumper in front of the tow hook in the center of the vehicle, which will cause it to be readily visible.
If you have the Crosstour model of the 2010 Honda Accord then I recommend the EcoHitch Class 3 hitch # 306-X7299 which has a hidden cross bar.
The bike carrier I would recommend for use on your vehicle is the Swagman XC2 Wheel Mount Bike Rack, item # S64650. This 2-bike rack works for a 1-1/4" and 2" opening sizes. It is easy to handle, install, load and makes securing the bikes a worry-free task. The shank on this rack is raised to provide clearance when going through dips and entering steep drives, to protect the rack, your bikes and the trailer hitch.
