The LT can have different meanings depending on where it falls in the tire size; at the beginning as you referenced indicates "Light Truck-metric," meant to be used for vehicles capable of hauling heavy cargo and pulling large trailers. All of our tires are designed for trailer use only. If you plan on using the # AM10245 on a trailer, the width of the tire will be more narrow than your LT215/75R15. The section width will go from 215mm to 205mm; section width is the distance of tread from sidewall to sidewall, I have linked a picture for you to better see this distance.
The Kenda ST205/78R15 Radial Tire # AM10245 will fit the 15x5 inch rim, but will have a total height of 27.106 inches while the LT215/75R15 has a height of 27.696 inches. Since they are different heights, it is recommended to have the same height/tire on each side of the axle for better balance and wear. The Kenda tire is also only rated for a speed of 65mph as is any trailer tire unless otherwise stated. You will want to make sure that the weight capacity of your tire and rim meet the weight being carried on your trailer. The Kenda Tire has a maximum of 2,150lbs per tire at the 65 psi.
I have linked the above mentioned product as well as a Help Article on tires to this page for your convenience.
