If the ground effects you have on your Sienna are installed in a manner that would interfere with the installation of the Curt Trailer Hitch, part # C13105, you may have to modify or remove some items.

I have attached the installation instructions you can check out. The only mention of any trimming when installing the hitch is that the underbody trim panel may need to be trimmed a bit as shown in the diagram in the instructions. This is a Class lll hitch and it has a 2-inch receiver opening.

If you plan on doing some towing you might be interested in etrailer ball mount kit # EBMK4. It comes with 1 ball mount with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop.it also includes a 1-7/8 and 2 inch Convert-A-Ball Interchangeable system, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.

If the ball mount kit does not include a ball mount with the right rise or drop to tow the trailer level, check out the link I have included that explains how to measure to choose a ball mount to tow the trailer level.

If you need trailer wiring I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness, part # 118498. You just install the harness in the connection points behind the tail lights and then run a hot lead wire to the positive battery post.
