Is the Weight Capacity for the Wheel and Tire AM30660 Rated Per Axle or Wheel/Tire

i see the tire is rated at 990lb is that max load overall of the trailer or is it 990x2?

The 990 lbs at 90 psi rating that the wheel and tire part # AM30660 have is rated per wheel. So you would double this capacity to give you the overall axle capacity.
So overall you would have a 1,980 lb capacity.
