Solution For Routing 4-Way to Outside of 2004 Honda Odyssey for Installing ETBC7
Question:
I have a 2004 Honda Odyssey with a T-one 4-pole harness purchased from you. The videos of installing this product all assume that a 4-pole harness is previously installed which is fine but also that the 4-pole plug is permanently located outside the vehicle. The videos for the 4-pole harnesses all assume the plug is pulled through the tailgate when you actually need it. How did you get from the side panel where the jack is located through the actual floor of the vehicle?

This is a great question that I have surprisingly have not had before. When installing the # ETBC7 you do end up permanently attaching the 4-way to the 7-way adapter of the kit so you would want to have it mounted outside of the vehicle that way it's not always hanging out of the truck lid.
To get the 4-way to the outside of your vehicle will require a bit of creativity as we do not have specific instructions on how to do that for your vehicle.
What you would want to do is check for any grommets in the floor of the rear cargo so that you could route the 4-way through them.
I attached a picture of the underside of your vehicle and pointed out a couple grommets that are in it for you to possibly use.
