The best way to carry your Hollywood Racks Roadrunner 4 Bike Rack # HR400, would be to get a 2" to 1-1/4" Adapter # HT02 which will allow you to carry your bike rack on a 2" hitch. Some hitch adapters will reduce your hitch tongue weight capacity by 50 percent, however, his adapter will not reduce the tongue weight capacity in half because it does not extend very far from the face of the receiver.
The maximum tongue weight of the receiver is 300 lbs, however your bike rack can only carry 150 lbs., so this adapter will work great with your hitch and bike rack.
