The Curt Class I trailer hitch, part # C11496 is indeed compatible with your 2016 Honda Accord Touring model with dual exhaust. Minor modifications will be necessary to install the hitch. In some cases, the access hole in the frame member might need to be enlarged slightly to allow the installation hardware to be fished through the frame. The heat shields are temporarily removed, then reattached, the shield might need to be bent or trimmed to clear the fasteners. If the vehicle has the underbody panel described in the instructions, it'll either need to be removed and left off, or trimmed as shown.
I've linked you to the installation instructions and to an install video showing the hitch being installed on a 2015 Accord.
