Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack for 2015 Ford Transit Connect Van

Question:

Hello, I see that the Rhino Rack DK417 will mount the HD bars to the bare transit connect roof. Do the racks have to be mounted where the side doors are, or is it possible to mount one rack towards the rear of the vehicle. I am mounting an ARB awning to the racks and need them farther apart than the average user who puts cargo on the racks. Thanks.
