Where is that coming from? stop/turn.4.2 amp tail lights 7.5 amps What I am trying to accomplish is tow my boat trailer with my slide in camper.Camper two stop/turn 4 amps boat trailer two stop/turn 4 amps both =8 amps. The camper/boat trailer combined clearance lights =25=12.5 amps. I do not know what to do. Do I need two Modulites or convert all the tail lights to LED?

On the Tekonsha Wiring, # 119250KIT, the 15.9 capacity comes from the maximum taillight rating of 7.5 amps and the maximum stop/turn light rating of 4.2 amps per side.
Using two converters will not give you any more capacity on your 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 because they will both need to be wired inline to your vehicles electrical system, so the vehicles electrical system will still be handling all the current.
Your 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 is listed to use the Draw-Tite Wiring, # 119178KIT, which is a wiring harness with a converter box. It is not required to use a powered converter, but it can be used.
