Will Curt Hitch 13051 Fit a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Clear Bumper and Wheel Wells

Will it fit around the tire guard, and under the bumper.

I attached a picture that shows the Curt hitch part # 13051 installed and you can see that it fits below the bumper without any interference and also fits between the wheel wells easily. The only thing worth mentioning is that the tow hooks would need to be removed.
I also attached an install video for you to check out as well on a very similar 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
