What is problem both right and left lights replaced wires put back way they were. trailer brake & turn signal no longer work-running lights work 2015 Arcadia

Sounds like you maybe have a blown relay or fuse. I would start there. The right and left trailer stop and turn signals should be right next to each other according to the diagram in your owner's manual.
