Weld Plate Included w/Reese Friction Sway Control Kit for Hitch without a Weight Distribution

I was wondering if this kit came with a weld on tab for the hitch not using a weight distributing hitch?

We do have a weld on tab to use with the Reese Friction Sway Bar # 83660, but it isn't included with it.
You will want the Draw-Tite # 3442 it measures 4-7/8 inches long x 1-15/16 inches wide x 7/16 inches deep with a 5/8 inch hole.
