Why do Load Range E and F ST235/85R16 Radial Tires from Karrier have the Same Max Air Pressure

I dont get it, e and F same air press but diff load cap

Max air pressure does not always correlate with the weight capacity increases of tire Load Ranges.
The part # AM10501 has a capacity of 3,960 lbs at 95 psi. The # AM10295 which is the same size and brand but Load Range E instead of F has a capacity of 3,640 lbs at 95 psi.
Both tires require the same psi be inflated in them to get the full capacity, but due to the construction of the tires they have differing capacities.
