Do I still need a t connector for my 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander if Im pulling a small trailor without electric brakes

Yes, you will still need to have a trailer wiring harness installed on your 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander to operate the lights on the trailer. You can use Tow Ready harness # 118518 to add a 4-Way connector to the rear of the vehicle. I have linked a video showing an example installation of this kit for you.
