Could the Stake Pocket Tie Down Anchor 92509 Be Removed From Truck Easily

Is this a permanent anchor or can it be easily removed? Wall mounts like that are hard to remove. thanks

The Draw-Tite 92509 Stake Pocket Anchors are no longer availble, but I would recommend the Erickson # EM01006 anchors which are nearly identical and easily remove with two screws.
