How Does the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Attach to a 2016 Kia Soul Frame

how does hitch fasten too frame holes are drilled but no blind nuts. holes on bottom of frame have blind nuts but only have one on each side i ordered hitch # 24915

The holes on the frame of your 2016 Kia Soul that are to be used to install the # 24915 do have weld nuts on them. If you check out the picture I attached that I took from the attached install instructions you will see them pointed out.
I also attached an install video that will walk you through the entire process.
