How Does the Replacement Bevel Gear Kit F0933302S00 Install
Question:
I ordered and received a parts bag gear kit 0933302S00 There are no instructions on how to install this gear kit? The instructions that came with the kit are not applicable? I spent 2 hours yesterday trying to figure it out but could not get them installed. Ive missed the whole month of April without boating, cant get my boat out because of your lack of instructions.

Installing the # F0933302S00 gears is fairly easy but without proper guidance I can see how it would be pretty difficult, You will need to remove the cap at the top of the jack. The handle and gear are held in place with a roll pin. Remove the pin. You can then remove the handle, square block and gear. Remove the bottom gear by lifting it out. If the bottom roll pin is damaged remove it. The washer can be replaced after removing the lower pin. When replacing the bottom gear on the roll pin be sure the slotted portion of the gear is in the closed end groove that will not allow the pin to come out of the side of the gear. Reassemble in reverse order.
