Yes! The Curt Class III 2 inch hitch you were looking at # C13105 is a confirmed fit for the 2016 Toyota Sienna XLE.
If you are looking for a bike rack cargo carrier combination you may be interested in the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2 # HR1450Z-85. This cargo carrier and bike rack can be used in combination or individually. We also carry the 2 bike expansion # HR1475Z to carry 4 bikes instead of the 2 bikes and cargo carrier.
One thing to keep in mind when picking out accessories is that the Curt hitch # C13105 only has a tongue weight rating of 350lbs where the Draw-Tite Class III 2 inch hitch # 75237 has a 675lb tongue weight capacity. I would recommend the Draw-Tite hitch over the Curt for this reason. You will ultimately be limited to the tongue weight capacity of your vehicle which should be listed in your owner's manual or on a placard on the inside of the driver's door frame.
If you plan on transporting alternative framed bikes, like most women's bikes are, then you will need the use of an adapter bar like # 64005 for the bike to mount properly into the rack I've recommended above.
I have linked all the above mentioned parts to this page for your convenience as well as a few installation videos for you to check out.
