will this locking pin work for a Thule?

The only lock that will work with Thule racks is the Thule Snug-Tite Hitch Lock, # THSTL2. The threads and bolt size of the Thule racks are very specific, and only work with Thule accessories.
The SportRack Bike Rack Hitch Lock, # SR0901, will not work with any Thule racks.
Most bike rack manufacturers will only design the hitch locks to fit their products. The threads are unique to that manufacturer bike racks.
