Parts Needed to Install a 7-Way on a 2011 Honda Pilot with a 4-Way

Question:

I have a 2011 Honda pilot ex-l 4x4 that I installed the 4-pole flat trailer connector kit that you sell. Now I want to turn that 4 pole connector into a 7-way connector. Do I need to purchase the whole 7-way trailer connector kit? Thanks for the help.

If you only need taillight functions (no trailer brakes), all you would need to convert the 4-way to a 7-way would be the # 37185 which is a simple 4-way to 7-way converter.

If you want a fully functional 7-way at the rear of your 2011 Honda Pilot you would need to go with the # 118288 instead. This comes with some components you would already have, but this is the only way this is offered.
