Will etrailer e52AR Trailer Hitch Fit 2010 Lincoln MKT without EcoBoost?
Question:
My Lincoln does NOT have Ecoboost. Will the trailer hitch fit it?

Expert Reply:
The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" Item # e52AR you referenced will fit the 2010 Lincoln MKT both with EcoBoost, so it will not work for you on your MKT. Instead, you would want the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13000.
I have attached the installation instructions for the hitch for you.
If you are interested in towing a trailer with your MKT, you will also want a wiring harness, like the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56095. A Ball Mount Kit # 989900 will provide you with 2 ball mounts that offer common rise and drops needed. A hitch pin and clip, 2 different size hitch balls and a storage bag are also included in the kit.
