For a trailer wiring harness confirmed as a fit for your 2008 Ford Escape we have the Tow Ready part # 118551. If the taillights on your vehicle aren't currently working I cannot guarantee this kit will work since they will need to be functional.
Have you tried checking the bulbs in the housings of your vehicle? You can also try checking the fuses for the lights on your vehicle as well.
