Will Draw-Tite Hitch Work On 2005 Toyota Highlander With Longer Muffler
Question:
I am interested in a trailer hitch for my 2005 Toyota Highlander. In all your pictures you are showing a shorter muffler with a tail pipe extension. My muffler is much longer with no extension. Will these hitches fit over this type of muffler.

Expert Reply:
I called my contact at Draw-Tite about your 2005 Highlander.
They told me that the # 75153 trailer hitch is designed to fit a Highlander with a stock muffler. If your muffler is not a stock muffler, we cannot guarantee a fit. I have attached a photo of the hitch installed on a Highlander with a stock muffler.
