I did some research and in the installation instructions for the Husky EZ Roller it states the hitch cannot be used on trucks with a bed that is less than 6-1/2 ft long. It is due to the clearance when executing turns safely.

For your 2016 Ram I recommend The Reese 5th Wheel Hitch, part # RP30051. This 16,000-lb slider features a dual jaw latching system and also features 10 inches of travel front to back.

You will also need the Reese 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ram OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package, part # RP30154. This converts the underbed mounting kit from Ram to industry standard bed rails.
