Roof Rack and Roof Mounted Bike Carrier Recommendation for 2013 Ford Focus

Need a good bike rack to transport a road and mountain bike at same time. Have 2013 Ford Focus. Ive looked at the Rhino Rack RBC-036. I dont currently have cross bars attached. Can you provide a cost for the entire set up? VR,
