According to the information I was able to locate online, your Heartland Prowler 26P RLS has a GVWR rating of 9000 lbs, which means when fully loaded with gear, 9000 lbs is the maximum the travel trailer can weigh.
To choose the proper weight distribution system, you'll need to positively identify the trailer's tongue weight, since w/d systems are classified by how much tongue weight they can handle. I'll link you to an FAQ article that explains how to determine your trailer's fully loaded and ready to tow tongue weight. The fully loaded tongue weight of your trailer should fall as close as possible to the middle of the effective range of the weight distribution system you choose.
Also, travel trailers provide a big cross section for cross winds and turbulence from passing or oncoming traffic to act upon. For that reason, I'd recommend a system with an integrated sway control component. Equal-I-zer makes a great weight distribution that's reliable, works well and is mechanically simple so it's easy to use. As I said, you'll want to confirm your trailer's tongue weight when it's fully loaded before choosing a system. The # EQ37120ET is designed for trailers with tongue weights in the 800-1200 lb range. If your trailer's a bit heavier, go with the # EQ37140ET which is effective on trailers with tongue weights ranging from 1000-1400 lbs.
Either system I recommended includes the weight distributing shank and the 2-5/16 inch trailer ball. Since the nut for the trailer ball is recessed into the underside of the weight distributing head, a thin walled socket like # EQ70-00-4800 would make installing the trailer ball easier.
The Curt # C17062 system you mentioned would be effective on trailers with tongue weighs between 800-1000 lbs, but the system has no sway control capability, which is why I wouldn't recommend it.
